The Best Gaming Memes of the Week (May 17, 2023)

2023 isn't even halfway over and the gaming gods have already blessed us with titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Hogwarts Legacy, and the Deadspace remake. There's a lot more to be excited about in the coming months, too. This summer we can look forward to Diablo 4, Final Fantasy XVI, and the highly anticipated Starfield. Some gamers have been saying it looks a lot like Fallout 4 meets Skyrim in space, to which I respond: so what? But none of this exciting gaming news really applies to me because I still have yet to finish The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Elden Ring. Shame me all you want, but I'm an adult, you see. I can't just drop everything in my life and attempt to beat Malenia Blade of Miquella for the one millionth time (as much as I would like to). These days, short and sweet games like Stray are way more my speed. I'm loving the era of infinite, open-world gaming, don't get me wrong, but can we get a game that takes less than 24 hours to play through once in a while?
